She Cranes face Jamaica in a blockbuster netball clash at the ongoing 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow on Monday.

Uganda head into the fixture full of confidence after winning their opening two Group A matches against Wales and Trinidad and Tobago.

The She Cranes eased past Trinidad and Tobago 56-30 in their second outing, producing a dominant display without ever needing to reach top gear.

Mary Nuba Cholhok led the scoring with 32 goals, while Alice Isoto added 21. Shadiah Nassanga contributed 19 goals and Rachael Nanyonga chipped in with eight in another impressive team performance.

For Trinidad and Tobago, Noel Afeisha scored 24 goals, but her efforts were not enough to prevent a heavy defeat.

Head coach Rashid Mubiru also rotated his squad, giving Mercy Batamuliza and Lilian Achola valuable minutes after both missed the opening match.

However, Uganda face a much sterner test against Jamaica, who are ranked fourth in the world—two places above the She Cranes.

The Sunshine Girls won the last meeting between the two sides, beating Uganda 61-49 at the 2023 Netball World Cup in Cape Town.
