Leaders at the workshop argued that women in sport need stronger systems around coaching, administration, and high-performance pathways if representation is to deepen sustainably.
These are exactly the kinds of stories that should keep the Women in Sport block from becoming tokenistic. The section needs substance as well as visibility.
