A chicken was allegedly slaughtered in the dressing room during a Uganda Premier League fixture between Entebbe UPPC and Lugazi — a match Lugazi won 1–0 thanks to a strike from Cromwell Rwothomio.
There are also allegations that one of the league’s giants travels with two dead rats, reportedly carrying them to every match.
Another club is alleged to scatter coins and salt around its dressing room before using it.
Behind the drama and competition of the Uganda Premier League, there appears to be a shadowy world of alleged sorcery, rituals and superstition.

At the end of the show, a recorded phone call features a former Express player allegedly discussing a plan to fix a league match against Kitara in 2024.
Express went on to lose that match 7–0. The game subsequently became the subject of a FUFA investigation, with five people apprehended in connection with the case.
