Midfielder Umar Lutalo has completed a move to Uganda Premier League side BUL FC, SportsNation Uganda can reliably confirm.
The highly rated midfielder had been on BUL FC’s radar for some time, with the move coming just days after KCCA FC mutually terminated his contract.
Lutalo initially joined KCCA FC in 2025 on a short-term deal before signing a two-year contract with the Lugogo-based club.
The enterprising midfielder arrives at BUL with valuable Uganda Premier League experience, having previously featured for SC Villa, Kitara FC and KCCA FC.
SportsNation can also reliably confirm that BUL FC have secured the services of Edward Saturo and Cyrus Kibande, while recalling goalkeeper John Okurut, Yasin Masambo and Eric Kibirango as they continue strengthening their squad ahead of the new season.
