Entebbe UPPC have unveiled two new signings, midfielder Ibrahim Mugulusi and right-back Grant Matsiko, ahead of the 2026/27 Uganda Premier League season.
Mugulusi joins the newly promoted side as a free agent following his departure from BUL FC, where he spent six years after joining in 2020.
He was among several players released by BUL, including Karim Ndugwa, Isaac Wagoina, Ibrahim Orit, Jeromy Kirya and Nicholas Mwere.
The midfielder has previously featured for Busoga United and SC Villa, bringing valuable Uganda Premier League experience to Abdallah Mubiru’s side.

Matsiko, meanwhile, arrives after leaving Vipers SC.
The right-back joined the Venoms from Wakiso Giants in 2023 but struggled for regular playing time during his spell at St. Mary’s Stadium.
He has also played for Kigezi HomeBoyz.
The two become the latest additions to Entebbe UPPC’s squad after the earlier signing of midfielder Sharif Sengendo from KCCA FC.
Entebbe UPPC, coached by Abdallah Mubiru, finished sixth in the Uganda Premier League last season with 51 points.
