KCCA FC beat Kitara 1-0 at Nakivubo Stadium on Monday to book their place in the final of the FUFA Super 8.
Saidi Mayanja scored the decisive goal just one minute into the game, curling the ball into the net from a tight angle after bursting into the box.
Mayanja later had a chance to double KCCA’s lead but fired wide from close range with the goal at his mercy.
Sammy Ssebaduka also came close, but his effort was directed straight at Kitara goalkeeper Joel Mutakubwa as KCCA pushed for a second goal.

Kitara threatened to level the contest, with Jeromy Kirya seeing his effort cleared off the line, while Jimmy Kalema was denied by KCCA goalkeeper Mugolofa Mutwalib.
The match was marked by numerous fouls, but KCCA held on to secure victory and advance to the final.
KCCA had earlier eliminated BUL 4-2 on aggregate in the quarterfinals.

NEC FC will face the winner of the second semifinal between SC Villa and Maroons FC in the final.
